Childress Klein Properties came to Quimbik to build a property management portal for their substantial commercial real estate holdings and real estate management portfolio. CKP wanted to use their portal as a productivity center for property maintenance management, property showcase, property profiles showing types (industrial, land, mixed use, office, retail) market (regional location), leasing options. Quimbik was able to desgin, develop, and deploy the portal on schedule and on budget. The portal design and architecture allow CKP to self-managed the site maintenance and updates.
